Configura\u021bii ale canalelor de r\u0103cire<\/h3>\n<h2>Canale de r\u0103cire paralele<\/h2>\n<p>Canalele de r\u0103cire paralele sunt forate direct de la un colector de alimentare la un colector de colectare. Fluxul turbulent permite transferul mai eficient al c\u0103ldurii. Transferul de c\u0103ldur\u0103 al fluxului de agent de r\u0103cire trateaz\u0103 acest aspect mai \u00een detaliu. Cu toate acestea, trebuie s\u0103 ave\u021bi grij\u0103 s\u0103 reduce\u021bi la minimum cre\u0219terea temperaturii agentului de r\u0103cire, deoarece agentul de r\u0103cire va colecta toat\u0103 c\u0103ldura de-a lungul \u00eentregii c\u0103i a canalului de r\u0103cire. \u00cen general, diferen\u021ba de temperatur\u0103 a lichidului de r\u0103cire la intrare \u0219i la ie\u0219ire trebuie s\u0103 fie de 5\u00baC pentru matri\u021bele de uz general \u0219i de 3\u00baC pentru matri\u021bele de precizie.
