Configura\u00e7\u00f5es do canal de resfriamento<\/h3>\n<h2>Canais de resfriamento paralelos<\/h2>\n<p>Os canais de resfriamento paralelos s\u00e3o perfurados diretamente de um coletor de suprimento para um coletor de coleta. Devido \u00e0s caracter\u00edsticas de fluxo do projeto paralelo, a taxa de fluxo ao longo de v\u00e1rios canais de resfriamento pode ser diferente, dependendo da resist\u00eancia do fluxo de cada canal de resfriamento individual. Essas taxas de fluxo vari\u00e1veis, por sua vez, fazem com que a efici\u00eancia da transfer\u00eancia de calor dos canais de resfriamento varie de um para outro. Como resultado, o resfriamento do molde pode n\u00e3o ser uniforme com uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o de canal de resfriamento paralelo.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, os lados da cavidade e do n\u00facleo do molde t\u00eam cada um seu pr\u00f3prio sistema de canais de resfriamento paralelos. O n\u00famero de canais de resfriamento por sistema varia de acordo com o tamanho e a complexidade do molde.<\/p>\n<h2>Canais de resfriamento seriais<\/h2>\n<p>Os canais de resfriamento conectados em um \u00fanico loop desde a entrada do refrigerante at\u00e9 sua sa\u00edda s\u00e3o chamados de canais de resfriamento em s\u00e9rie. Esse tipo de configura\u00e7\u00e3o de canal de resfriamento \u00e9 o mais comumente recomendado e usado. Por design, se os canais de resfriamento forem uniformes em tamanho, o refrigerante poder\u00e1 manter sua taxa de fluxo (preferencialmente) turbulenta em todo o seu comprimento. O fluxo turbulento permite que o calor seja transferido com mais efici\u00eancia. A transfer\u00eancia de calor do fluxo de refrigerante discute isso mais detalhadamente. No entanto, voc\u00ea deve tomar cuidado para minimizar o aumento da temperatura do refrigerante, pois ele coletar\u00e1 todo o calor ao longo de todo o caminho do canal de resfriamento. Em geral, a diferen\u00e7a de temperatura do l\u00edquido de arrefecimento na entrada e na sa\u00edda deve estar dentro de 5\u00baC para moldes de uso geral e 3\u00baC para moldes de precis\u00e3o.
