Het laat zien hoe veel van de concepten die in detail worden besproken in de onderwerpen Ontwerp en verwerking &gt; Fysica in de praktijk kunnen worden gebracht. Deze onderwerpen omvatten injectiedruk, vulpatroon, smeltfrontgebied en smeltfrontsnelheid, runnerontwerp en balanceren, en gateontwerp.<\/p>\n<h2>Beschrijving van dit voorbeeld<\/h2>\n<p>Het voorbeeld doorloopt de ontwerpoverwegingen voor een spuitgegoten kunststof onderdeel in een concurrent engineering-omgeving. Filling EZ is ontworpen voor voorlopige analyse van onderdelen, poorten en procesontwerpen. Vervolgens doorlopen we verschillende iteraties van ontwerpen, waarbij we telkens de ontwerpvariabelen (zoals de loactie en het aantal poorten) wijzigen, de analyse opnieuw uitvoeren en de resultaten bekijken.
