Koelkanaalconfiguraties<\/h3>\n<h2>Parallelle koelkanalen<\/h2>\n<p>Parallelle koelkanalen worden recht door geboord van een toevoerverdeler naar een verzamelverdeler. Door de stromingseigenschappen van het parallelle ontwerp kan het debiet langs de verschillende koelkanalen verschillen, afhankelijk van de stromingsweerstand van elk afzonderlijk koelkanaal. Deze verschillende stroomsnelheden zorgen er op hun beurt voor dat de warmteoverdrachtseffici\u00ebntie van de koelkanalen verschilt. Als gevolg hiervan is het mogelijk dat de koeling van de mal niet gelijkmatig verloopt met een parallelle koelkanaalconfiguratie.<\/p>\n<p>Meestal hebben de holte- en kernzijde van de mal elk hun eigen systeem van parallelle koelkanalen. Het aantal koelkanalen per systeem varieert naargelang de grootte en complexiteit van de matrijs.<\/p>\n<h2>Seri\u00eble koelkanalen<\/h2>\n<p>Koelkanalen die in een enkele lus zijn aangesloten van de koelmiddelinlaat naar de uitlaat worden seri\u00eble koelkanalen genoemd. Dit type koelkanaalconfiguratie wordt het meest aanbevolen en gebruikt. Als de koelkanalen uniform van grootte zijn, kan het koelmiddel over de hele lengte (bij voorkeur) turbulent blijven stromen. Door turbulente stroming kan warmte effectiever worden overgedragen. In Warmteoverdracht van koelmiddelstroming wordt hier dieper op ingegaan. Je moet er echter voor zorgen dat de temperatuurstijging van de koelvloeistof zo klein mogelijk is, omdat de koelvloeistof alle warmte langs het hele traject van het koelkanaal verzamelt. In het algemeen moet het temperatuurverschil van de koelvloeistof bij de inlaat en de uitlaat binnen 5 \u00baC blijven voor mallen voor algemeen gebruik en 3 \u00baC voor precisiemallen. Voor grote mallen kunnen meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n serieel koelkanaal nodig zijn om te zorgen dat de koelkanaalconfiguratie een uniforme temperatuur van het koelmiddel heeft en dus een uniforme koeling van de mal.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooling-channel configuration Types of cooling channels Cooling-channel configurations can be serial or parallel.
