Bovendien kan asymmetrische thermisch ge\u00efnduceerde restspanning optreden als de koelsnelheid van de twee oppervlakken niet in balans is. Zo'n onevenwichtige afkoeling resulteert in een asymmetrisch spanning-compressiepatroon over het onderdeel, waardoor een buigmoment ontstaat dat vervorming van het onderdeel veroorzaakt. Dit wordt ge\u00efllustreerd in Figuur 3 hieronder. Bijgevolg zijn onderdelen met een niet-uniforme dikte of slecht gekoelde zones gevoelig voor ongebalanceerde koeling en dus voor thermische restspanningen. Voor matig complexe onderdelen wordt de verdeling van thermische restspanningen verder bemoeilijkt door een niet-uniforme wanddikte, koeling van de matrijs en beperkingen van de matrijs voor vrije krimp.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1328\" title=\"Ongebalanceerd koelen\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20130131102852im_\/http:\/\/www.moldchina.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Unbalanced-cooling.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"287\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>FIGUUR 3. Asymmetrische thermisch ge\u00efnduceerde restspanning veroorzaakt door ongebalanceerde koeling over de dikte van het spuitgietproduct veroorzaakt vervorming van het spuitgietproduct.<\/h3>\n<h2>Variabele ingevroren dichtheden<\/h2>\n<p>De onderstaande figuur illustreert de variatie in ingevroren dichtheden veroorzaakt door het verloop van de verpakkingsdruk.<\/p>\n<h3>Temperatuurprofiel<\/h3>\n<p>De linkerfiguur toont het temperatuurprofiel op \u00e9\u00e9n plaats op het werkstuk. Ter illustratie is het werkstuk verdeeld in acht gelijke lagen over de gehele dikte van het werkstuk. Het profiel toont de temperatuur op het moment van stollen (freeze-off) voor elke laag (t1 tot t8). Merk op dat het materiaal begint te stollen vanaf de buitenste lagen en dat het bevroren grensvlak met de tijd naar binnen beweegt.<\/p>\n<h3>Drukspoor<\/h3>\n<p>De middelste figuur toont een typisch drukverloop met de drukniveaus (P1 tot P8) tijdens het stollen van elke laag. In het algemeen neemt de druk geleidelijk toe tijdens het vullen, bereikt een maximum in de vroege verpakkingsfase en begint dan af te nemen door afkoeling en bevriezing van de poort. Dienovereenkomstig stolt het materiaal in de buitenste lagen en middelste lagen wanneer het drukniveau laag is, terwijl de tussenliggende lagen bevriezen onder hoge verpakkingsdruk.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingevroren specifiek volume<\/h3>\n<p>De rechterfiguur toont het specifieke volumespoor voor laag 5 op een pvT-plot en de uiteindelijke ingevroren specifieke volumes voor alle lagen, aangegeven door de genummerde ononderbroken cirkels.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1329\" title=\"Bevroren-in-specifiek-volume\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20130131102852im_\/http:\/\/www.moldchina.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Frozen-in-specific-volume.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>FIGUUR 4. Factoren die de ontwikkeling van \"bevroren\" specifiek volume be\u00efnvloeden<br \/>\nDifferenti\u00eble krimp<\/h3>\n<p>Gegeven de ingevroren specifieke volumes zullen de verschillende lagen verschillend krimpen, volgens de pvT-curves die het krimpgedrag van het materiaal bepalen. Hypothetisch gezien, als elke laag losgemaakt zou zijn van de andere (zoals getoond in Figuur 5) dan zouden de materiaalelementen in de linker figuur hieronder gekrompen zijn zoals die in de middelste figuur. In dit geval hebben de tussenliggende lagen de neiging om minder te krimpen dan de andere lagen vanwege een lager ingevroren specifiek volume (of, gelijkwaardig, een hogere ingevroren dichtheid). In werkelijkheid zijn alle lagen aan elkaar gebonden. Daarom zal het eindresultaat een gecompromitteerde krimpverdeling zijn waarbij de tussenlagen worden samengedrukt en de buitenste en middelste lagen worden uitgerekt.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unbalanced cooling from the mold wall to its center can cause thermal-induced residual stress.
