Variaties van het spuitgietproces<\/h3>\n

Er zijn drie soorten\u00a0spuitgieten<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0persen die vandaag de dag in gebruik zijn: elektrisch, hydraulisch en hybride. De hydraulische pers heeft een superieure klemdruk en neemt het grootste deel van de\u00a0spuitgieten<\/strong>\u00a0persen die in de industrie worden gebruikt. Elektrische persen zijn sneller, nauwkeuriger, milieuvriendelijker en stiller dan hun tegenhanger, de hydraulische pers. Vanwege hun inherente voordelen zullen elektrische persen steeds populairder worden. Multi-shot\u00a0spuitgieten<\/strong>\u00a0is een proces waarbij twee of meer materialen in \u00e9\u00e9n cyclus worden gespuitgiet. Afbeelding 1.2 toont een voorbeeld van een multi-shot spuitgietopstelling met roterende platen. De meeste multi-shot onderdelen bestaan uit een thermoplastisch materiaal en een elastomeer. Een andere vorm van multi-shot spuitgieten is spin stack spuitgieten. Het eerste materiaal wordt gevormd en de hele matrijs draait naar de volgende fase waar het tweede materiaal wordt gevormd. De meest recente vooruitgang in multi-shot molding wordt \"in-mold assembly\" genoemd. Dit is een methode om meerdere onderdelen te gieten die onafhankelijk van elkaar kunnen bewegen in \u00e9\u00e9n cyclus. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn kleppen, ventilatieopeningen en vergrendelingsmechanismen. Multi-shot kan ook gebruikt worden om zacht aanvoelende oppervlakken op producten te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
