Configurations des canaux de refroidissement<\/h3>\n<h2>Canaux de refroidissement parall\u00e8les<\/h2>\n<p>Les canaux de refroidissement parall\u00e8les sont perc\u00e9s en ligne droite depuis un collecteur d'alimentation jusqu'\u00e0 un collecteur de collecte. En raison des caract\u00e9ristiques d'\u00e9coulement de la conception parall\u00e8le, le d\u00e9bit le long des diff\u00e9rents canaux de refroidissement peut \u00eatre diff\u00e9rent, en fonction de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement de chaque canal de refroidissement individuel. Ces d\u00e9bits variables entra\u00eenent \u00e0 leur tour une variation de l'efficacit\u00e9 du transfert de chaleur des canaux de refroidissement d'un canal \u00e0 l'autre. Par cons\u00e9quent, le refroidissement du moule peut ne pas \u00eatre uniforme avec une configuration de canaux de refroidissement parall\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les c\u00f4t\u00e9s cavit\u00e9 et noyau du moule ont chacun leur propre syst\u00e8me de canaux de refroidissement parall\u00e8les. Le nombre de canaux de refroidissement par syst\u00e8me varie en fonction de la taille et de la complexit\u00e9 du moule.<\/p>\n<h2>Canaux de refroidissement en s\u00e9rie<\/h2>\n<p>Les canaux de refroidissement connect\u00e9s en une seule boucle depuis l'entr\u00e9e du liquide de refroidissement jusqu'\u00e0 sa sortie sont appel\u00e9s canaux de refroidissement en s\u00e9rie. Ce type de configuration de canaux de refroidissement est le plus souvent recommand\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9. Par conception, si les canaux de refroidissement sont de taille uniforme, le liquide de refroidissement peut maintenir son d\u00e9bit (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence turbulent) sur toute sa longueur. Le flux turbulent permet de transf\u00e9rer la chaleur plus efficacement. Le transfert de chaleur de l'\u00e9coulement du liquide de refroidissement aborde ce sujet de mani\u00e8re plus approfondie. Cependant, vous devez veiller \u00e0 minimiser l'augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature du liquide de refroidissement, car le liquide de refroidissement recueillera toute la chaleur sur l'ensemble du trajet du canal de refroidissement. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature du liquide de refroidissement \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la sortie ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 5 \u00b0C pour les moules \u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et 3 \u00b0C pour les moules de pr\u00e9cision.
