Des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles variables apparaissent et la pi\u00e8ce se d\u00e9forme au fur et \u00e0 mesure que des couches de volume sp\u00e9cifique congel\u00e9 diff\u00e9rent interagissent les unes avec les autres.<\/h3>\n<h2>Contrainte r\u00e9siduelle induite par le processus ou dans l'empreinte<\/h2>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sur les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles induites par le processus sont beaucoup plus utiles que les donn\u00e9es sur les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles dans l'empreinte pour la simulation du moulage. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les d\u00e9finitions des deux termes, ainsi qu'un exemple illustrant la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux.<\/p>\n<h3>Contrainte r\u00e9siduelle induite par le processus<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9jection de la pi\u00e8ce, les contraintes de la cavit\u00e9 du moule sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9es et la pi\u00e8ce est libre de se contracter et de se d\u00e9former. Une fois qu'elle a atteint un \u00e9tat d'\u00e9quilibre, la contrainte restante \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la pi\u00e8ce est appel\u00e9e contrainte r\u00e9siduelle induite par le processus, ou simplement contrainte r\u00e9siduelle. Les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles induites par le processus peuvent \u00eatre induites par l'\u00e9coulement ou par la chaleur, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant la composante dominante.<\/p>\n<h3>Contrainte r\u00e9siduelle dans l'empreinte<\/h3>\n<p>Alors que la pi\u00e8ce est toujours contrainte dans l'empreinte du moule, la contrainte interne qui s'accumule pendant la solidification est appel\u00e9e contrainte r\u00e9siduelle dans l'empreinte. Cette contrainte r\u00e9siduelle dans l'empreinte est la force qui entra\u00eene le retrait et le gauchissement de la pi\u00e8ce apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9jection.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9partition du retrait d\u00e9crite dans la section D\u00e9formation due au retrait diff\u00e9rentiel entra\u00eene un profil de contrainte r\u00e9siduelle induite par la chaleur pour une pi\u00e8ce \u00e9ject\u00e9e, comme le montre la figure en bas \u00e0 gauche ci-dessous. Le profil de contrainte de la figure en haut \u00e0 gauche est la contrainte r\u00e9siduelle dans l'empreinte, dans laquelle la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e reste contrainte \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du moule avant d'\u00eatre \u00e9ject\u00e9e. Une fois que la pi\u00e8ce est \u00e9ject\u00e9e et que la force de contrainte du moule est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, la pi\u00e8ce se r\u00e9tracte et se d\u00e9forme pour lib\u00e9rer la contrainte r\u00e9siduelle int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une contrainte de traction, comme indiqu\u00e9) et atteindre un \u00e9tat d'\u00e9quilibre. L'\u00e9tat d'\u00e9quilibre signifie qu'aucune force ext\u00e9rieure ne s'exerce sur la pi\u00e8ce et que les contraintes de traction et de compression sur la section transversale de la pi\u00e8ce doivent s'\u00e9quilibrer.
