Configuraciones de canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<h2>Canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n paralelos<\/h2>\n<p>Los canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n paralelos se perforan en l\u00ednea recta desde un colector de suministro hasta un colector de recogida. Debido a las caracter\u00edsticas de flujo del dise\u00f1o paralelo, el caudal a lo largo de varios canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n puede ser diferente, dependiendo de la resistencia al flujo de cada canal de refrigeraci\u00f3n individual. Estos caudales variables provocan a su vez que la eficacia de transferencia de calor de los canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n var\u00ede de uno a otro. Como resultado, el enfriamiento del molde puede no ser uniforme con una configuraci\u00f3n de canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n paralelos.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, los lados de la cavidad y del n\u00facleo del molde tienen cada uno su propio sistema de canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n paralelos. El n\u00famero de canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n por sistema var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o y la complejidad del molde.<\/p>\n<h2>Canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n en serie<\/h2>\n<p>Los canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n conectados en un \u00fanico bucle desde la entrada del refrigerante hasta su salida se denominan canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n en serie. Este tipo de configuraci\u00f3n de los canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n es el m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente recomendado y utilizado. Por su dise\u00f1o, si los canales de refrigeraci\u00f3n son uniformes en tama\u00f1o, el refrigerante puede mantener su caudal (preferiblemente) turbulento en toda su longitud. El flujo turbulento permite una transferencia de calor m\u00e1s eficaz. En Transferencia de calor del flujo de refrigerante se trata este tema con m\u00e1s detalle. Sin embargo, debe tener cuidado de minimizar el aumento de temperatura del refrigerante, ya que \u00e9ste recoger\u00e1 todo el calor a lo largo de todo el recorrido del canal de refrigeraci\u00f3n. En general, la diferencia de temperatura del refrigerante en la entrada y la salida debe estar dentro de 5\u00baC para moldes de uso general y 3\u00baC para moldes de precisi\u00f3n. Para moldes grandes, puede ser necesario m\u00e1s de un canal de refrigeraci\u00f3n en serie para asegurar una temperatura uniforme del refrigerante en la configuraci\u00f3n del canal de refrigeraci\u00f3n y, por tanto, una refrigeraci\u00f3n uniforme del molde.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooling-channel configuration Types of cooling channels Cooling-channel configurations can be serial or parallel.
