Kunststoff-Spritzgie\u00dfverfahren<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

wir sind sehr professionell\u00a0kunststoffspritzguss-unternehmen in china<\/a>Deshalb m\u00f6chte ich Ihnen den Prozess des Kunststoffspritzgie\u00dfens vorstellen.<\/p>\n

All diese Kunststoffe werden in der Regel als Kunststoffgranulat hergestellt. Die Pellets werden in eine der riesigen Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen eingef\u00fcllt, die oft 25 Tonnen wiegen. Die Maschine erhitzt den Kunststoff, bis er fl\u00fcssig ist. Diese Fl\u00fcssigkeit wird dann durch Injektoren in Spritzgussformen gepresst.<\/p>\n

Diese Spritzgussformen k\u00f6nnen in fast jeder Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe hergestellt werden. Vereinfacht gesagt, wird beim Spritzgie\u00dfen geschmolzener Kunststoff in einen Formhohlraum gepresst. Sobald der Kunststoff abgek\u00fchlt ist, kann das Teil herausgespritzt werden. Dieses Verfahren ist n\u00fctzlich, wenn die Teile zu komplex oder zu teuer f\u00fcr die maschinelle Fertigung sind. Mit diesem Verfahren k\u00f6nnen viele Teile gleichzeitig aus der gleichen Kunststoff-Spritzgussform hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Das Verfahren umfasst normalerweise sechs Schritte:<\/p>\n

1. Schlie\u00dfen: Die Spritzgussmaschine besteht aus drei Teilen. Die Spritzgussform, die Schlie\u00dfeinheit und die Einspritzeinheit. Die Schlie\u00dfeinheit h\u00e4lt die Form mit einem bestimmten Druck, dies sorgt f\u00fcr Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit in den Einheiten, die ausgegeben werden.<\/p>\n

Formen werden normalerweise aus zwei Teilen hergestellt.<\/p>\n

2. Einspritzeinheit: Hier wird das Kunststoffgranulat in einen Trichter am oberen Ende der Einspritzeinheit gef\u00fcllt. Das Granulat wird in den Hauptzylinder eingespeist; dort wird es erhitzt, bis es sich verfl\u00fcssigt hat. Im Inneren der Spritzeinheit befindet sich eine Schnecke, die den Kunststoff dreht und mischt. Sobald der fl\u00fcssige Kunststoff das Optimum f\u00fcr dieses Produkt erreicht hat, beginnt der Einspritzvorgang. Der Kunststoff wird durch einen Anguss gepresst, wobei Druck und Geschwindigkeit je nach Maschinentyp von der Schnecke oder manchmal von einem Stempel gesteuert werden.<\/p>\n

3. Verweilen: Dies ist eine Pause im Prozess, w\u00e4hrend der ein gewisser Druck ausge\u00fcbt wird, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Formhohlr\u00e4ume vollst\u00e4ndig gef\u00fcllt wurden. Dies ist sehr wichtig f\u00fcr den Prozess, da es zu Ausschuss f\u00fchrt, wenn die Form nicht korrekt gef\u00fcllt ist.<\/p>\n

4. Abk\u00fchlung: In diesem Teil des Prozesses wird die Form f\u00fcr den erforderlichen Zeitraum abgek\u00fchlt. Wenn dies zu schnell geschieht, k\u00f6nnen die Einheiten kleben bleiben oder verformt werden, sobald sie aus der Maschine kommen.<\/p>\n

5. Die Form \u00f6ffnet sich: Die Schlie\u00dfeinheit wird ge\u00f6ffnet, um die Form zu trennen. Formen werden immer wieder verwendet; sie sind oft das wichtigste Einzelteil im gesamten Prozess. Die Herstellung von Werkzeugen kann sehr teuer sein.<\/p>\n

6. Auswerfen: Das fertige Produkt wird aus der Spritzgie\u00dfmaschine ausgesto\u00dfen. Oft wird das fertige Produkt auf einer Produktionslinie weiterverarbeitet oder gestapelt, um als Teile f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Produkte, z. B. Autolenkr\u00e4der, zu einer Produktionslinie zu gelangen.<\/p>\n

Die Produkte, die im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt werden, werden von uns allen t\u00e4glich benutzt. Viele Autos w\u00e4ren ohne das Spritzgussverfahren nicht so erschwinglich, aber es gibt auch einige Nachteile des Verfahrens. Die Maschinen sind sehr teuer und erfordern hohe Investitionen, bei der Konstruktion der Teile muss der Produktionsprozess ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, und das Verfahren ist f\u00fcr kleine St\u00fcckzahlen nicht wirtschaftlich.<\/p>\n

Die Nachteile werden jedoch durch die gr\u00f6\u00dferen Vorteile aufgewogen: die Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Teile hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen, die geringen Arbeitskosten, der minimale Materialabfall und die Tatsache, dass die fertigen Teile oft nicht mehr nachbearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n
