Schrumpfung tritt auf, weil die<br \/>\ndie Dichte des Polymers variiert zwischen der Verarbeitungstemperatur und der Umgebungstemperatur<br \/>\n(siehe Spezifisches Volumen (pvT-Diagramm)). W\u00e4hrend des Spritzgie\u00dfens entstehen durch die Schwindungsvariationen sowohl global als auch \u00fcber den Querschnitt eines Teils innere Spannungen. Diese so genannten Eigenspannungen (siehe Eigenspannung) wirken auf ein Teil mit \u00e4hnlichen Effekten wie von au\u00dfen aufgebrachte Spannungen. Wenn die beim Gie\u00dfen erzeugten Eigenspannungen hoch sind<br \/>\ngenug, um die strukturelle Integrit\u00e4t des Teils zu \u00fcberwinden, wird sich das Teil beim Auswerfen verziehen<br \/>\naus der Form oder Riss mit externer Belastung.<\/p>\n<h2>Schrumpfung<\/h2>\n<p>Die Schrumpfung von geformten Kunststoffteilen kann bis zu 20 Volumenprozent betragen, wenn sie bei der Verarbeitungstemperatur und der Umgebungstemperatur gemessen wird. Kristalline und teilkristalline Materialien sind besonders anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr thermische Schrumpfung; amorphe Materialien schrumpfen in der Regel weniger. Wenn kristalline Materialien unter ihre \u00dcbergangstemperatur abgek\u00fchlt werden, ordnen sich die Molek\u00fcle geordneter an und bilden Kristallite. Dagegen \u00e4ndert sich die Mikrostruktur amorpher Materialien nicht mit dem Phasenwechsel. Dieser Unterschied f\u00fchrt dazu, dass kristalline und teilkristalline Materialien einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Unterschied im spezifischen Volumen ( ) zwischen ihrer Schmelzphase und ihrer festen (kristallinen) Phase aufweisen. Dies ist in Abbildung 1 unten dargestellt. Wir m\u00f6chten darauf hinweisen, dass auch die Abk\u00fchlungsgeschwindigkeit das schnell abk\u00fchlende pvT-Verhalten von kristallinen und teilkristallinen Materialien beeinflusst.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1336\" style=\"width: 642px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1336\" class=\"wp-image-1336 size-full\" title=\"Schrumpfung und Verzug\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20141001102803im_\/http:\/\/www.moldchina.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Shrinkage-and-warpage.gif\" alt=\"Schrumpfung und Verzug\" width=\"632\" height=\"404\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1336\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">neu<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>ABBILDUNG 1.<\/strong>\u00a0Die pvT-Kurven f\u00fcr amorphe und kristalline Polymere und die Ver\u00e4nderung des spezifischen Volumens zwischen dem Verarbeitungszustand (Punkt A) und dem Zustand bei Raumtemperatur und atmosph\u00e4rischem Druck (Punkt B). Man beachte, dass das spezifische Volumen mit steigendem Druck abnimmt.<\/p>\n<h3>Ursachen f\u00fcr \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Teileschrumpfung<\/h3>\n<p>Eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Schrumpfung, die \u00fcber das zul\u00e4ssige Ma\u00df hinausgeht, kann durch folgende Faktoren verursacht werden. Die Beziehung zwischen der Schrumpfung und verschiedenen Verarbeitungsparametern und der Werkst\u00fcckdicke ist in Abbildung 2 schematisch dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p>- niedriger Einspritzdruck<br \/>\n- kurze Packungshaltezeit oder K\u00fchlzeit<br \/>\n- hohe Schmelztemperatur<br \/>\n- hohe Formtemperatur<br \/>\n- niedriger Nachdruck.<\/p>\n<h3>Probleme, die durch die Schrumpfung von Teilen verursacht werden<\/h3>\n<p>Eine nicht kompensierte Volumenkontraktion f\u00fchrt entweder zu Einfallstellen oder Hohlr\u00e4umen im Inneren des Formteils. Die Kontrolle der Schwindung ist bei der Konstruktion von Teilen, Werkzeugen und Verfahren wichtig, insbesondere bei Anwendungen, die enge Toleranzen erfordern. Schrumpfung, die zu Einfallstellen oder Lunkern f\u00fchrt, kann durch Packen der Kavit\u00e4t nach dem F\u00fcllen reduziert oder eliminiert werden. Auch bei der Konstruktion der Form sollte die Schwindung ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, damit sie den Abmessungen des Teils entspricht.
