Die industrielle Wissenschaft der Umwandlung von Kunststoffharzen in n\u00fctzliche Dinge durch das Verfahren des Spritzgie\u00dfens hat einen enormen Einfluss auf die Industrie und die meisten unserer Lebensbereiche gehabt.<\/p>\n<p>Die\u00a0<strong>Spritzgie\u00dfprozess<\/strong>\u00a0wurde erstmals in den 1930er Jahren entwickelt und basierte urspr\u00fcnglich auf Metalldruckgusskonstruktionen. Das Spritzgie\u00dfen bietet viele Vorteile gegen\u00fcber alternativen Herstellungsverfahren, darunter minimale Verluste durch Ausschuss (da Ausschussst\u00fccke eingeschmolzen und recycelt werden k\u00f6nnen) und minimale Nachbearbeitungsanforderungen. Das Spritzgie\u00dfen unterscheidet sich vom Metalldruckguss dadurch, dass geschmolzene Metalle einfach gegossen werden k\u00f6nnen; Kunststoffharze m\u00fcssen mit Kraft eingespritzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Verfahren verwendet gro\u00dfe\u00a0<strong>Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen<\/strong>die die Harze durch sechs Hauptprozesse bef\u00f6rdern, um alles von Computerteilen bis hin zu Halloween-Spinnen aus Kunststoff herzustellen. Obwohl eine Spritzgie\u00dfmaschine ein komplexes Ger\u00e4t ist, besteht sie aus zwei Grundelementen: der Einspritzeinheit und der Schlie\u00dfeinheit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess beginnt mit einer Form, die unter Druck eingespannt wird, um den Einspritz- und Abk\u00fchlprozess zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dann werden die pelletierten Harze in die Maschine gegeben, gefolgt von den entsprechenden Farbstoffen. Die Harze fallen dann in einen Einspritzzylinder, wo sie bis zum Schmelzpunkt erhitzt werden, und werden dann entweder durch eine Schnecke oder eine Stopfvorrichtung in die Form gespritzt.<\/p>\n<p>Dann folgt die Verweilphase, in der die geschmolzenen Kunststoffe in der Form enthalten sind und hydraulischer oder mechanischer Druck ausge\u00fcbt wird, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Hohlr\u00e4ume in der Form gef\u00fcllt sind. Anschlie\u00dfend l\u00e4sst man den Kunststoff in der Form abk\u00fchlen, die dann durch Trennen der beiden Formh\u00e4lften ge\u00f6ffnet wird. Im letzten Schritt wird das Kunststoffteil mit Auswerferstiften aus der Form ausgesto\u00dfen. Das fertige Teil kann \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige Teile, so genannte Ang\u00fcsse, enthalten, die abgeschnitten und recycelt werden. Der gesamte Prozess l\u00e4uft zyklisch ab, wobei die Zykluszeiten je nach erforderlicher K\u00fchlzeit zwischen zehn und 100 Sekunden liegen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Spritzgie\u00dfprozess erfordert einige komplexe Berechnungen. Jede Harzart hat einen Schwindungswert, der ber\u00fccksichtigt werden muss, und die Form muss diesen Wert ausgleichen. Wenn dieser Wert nicht genau bestimmt wird, hat das Endprodukt eine falsche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe oder kann Fehler enthalten. Normalerweise wird dies kompensiert, indem die Form zun\u00e4chst mit Harz gef\u00fcllt, unter Druck gehalten und dann mehr Harz hinzugef\u00fcgt wird, um die Schrumpfung auszugleichen. Wenn die gew\u00fcnschte St\u00fcckzahl jedoch gro\u00df genug ist, werden die Werkzeugkosten relativ unbedeutend und die resultierenden Kunststoffteile sind sehr preisg\u00fcnstig.
