Bei diesem Verfahren wird geschmolzenes Metall unter hohem Druck in wiederverwendbare Stahlformen oder Gesenke gepresst. Diese Formen k\u00f6nnen so gestaltet werden, dass sie komplexe Formen mit einer bemerkenswerten Genauigkeit und Wiederholbarkeit herstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Kunststoffdruckgussverfahren wird heute von vielen Industriezweigen bevorzugt, da es gegen\u00fcber dem Kunststoffspritzguss einige Vorteile aufweist. Man kann sagen, dass das Druckgussverfahren robustere und haltbarere Teile mit engeren Toleranzen herstellt. Au\u00dferdem sind Druckgussteile widerstandsf\u00e4higer gegen extreme Temperaturen und haben bessere elektrische Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Druckgussverfahren wird geschmolzener Kunststoff unter hohem Druck in eine Form oder ein Werkzeug gespritzt. Druckgie\u00dfmaschinen werden in der Regel in Schlie\u00dftonnen angegeben, die den Druck angeben, den sie auf die Form aus\u00fcben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt zwei Arten von Druckgie\u00dfmaschinen, deren einziger grundlegender Unterschied in den Methoden besteht, mit denen der geschmolzene Kunststoff in eine Form gespritzt wird: die eine hat eine hei\u00dfe Kammer, die andere eine kalte. Ein kompletter Druckgusszyklus kann je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des gew\u00fcnschten Produkts zwischen weniger als einer Sekunde und drei Minuten dauern. Damit ist das Druckgie\u00dfen die schnellste Technik zur Herstellung pr\u00e4ziser Kunststoff- oder Nichteisenmetallteile.<\/p>\n<p>Druckguss ist ein effizientes, wirtschaftliches Verfahren, das eine breitere Palette von Formen und Bauteilen bietet als jedes andere Herstellungsverfahren. Die wichtigsten Vorteile des Druckgusses lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen: hohe Produktionsgeschwindigkeit \/ komplexe Formen innerhalb enger Toleranzgrenzen \/ garantierte Ma\u00dfgenauigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t \/ die fertigen Produkte sind hitzebest\u00e4ndiger und stabiler als Kunststoff-Spritzgussteile \u00e4hnlicher Abmessungen \/ verschiedene Nachbearbeitungstechniken \/ die Endprodukte k\u00f6nnen leicht beschichtet oder veredelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Was die Frage Druckguss oder Kunststoffspritzguss betrifft, so kann man sagen, dass beim Druckguss stabilere, haltbarere Teile mit engeren Toleranzen hergestellt werden. Die Konstruktion von Druckgussformen ist fast identisch mit der von Formen f\u00fcr das Spritzgie\u00dfen. Druckgussteile sind widerstandsf\u00e4higer gegen\u00fcber extremen Temperaturen und weisen bessere elektrische Eigenschaften auf. Im Vergleich zu Kunststoffspritzgussteilen tragen Druckgussteile besser zur Vermeidung von Hochfrequenz- und elektromagnetischen Emissionen bei. F\u00fcr die Verchromung sind Druckgussteile viel besser geeignet als Kunststoffe.<\/p>\n<p>Es l\u00e4sst sich nicht leugnen, dass die Kunst und Wissenschaft der Umwandlung von Kunststoffharzen in n\u00fctzliche Produkte oder Komponenten durch den Prozess des Spritzgie\u00dfens einen enormen Einfluss auf den kommerziellen und industriellen Bereich hatte. Spritzgussformen k\u00f6nnen recht teuer sein, aber wenn die gew\u00fcnschte St\u00fcckzahl gro\u00df ist, werden die Kosten f\u00fcr die Form auf lange Sicht kosteneffektiv. Einige Formen werden nat\u00fcrlich mit mehreren Kavit\u00e4ten hergestellt; diese Mehrkavit\u00e4tenformen f\u00fchren zu einer erh\u00f6hten Produktionseffizienz und die Kosten pro Teil werden erheblich minimiert.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl eine Spritzgie\u00dfmaschine ein komplexes Ger\u00e4t ist, besteht sie aus zwei Grundelementen, der Spritzeinheit und der Schlie\u00dfeinheit.
