Wir stellen neue Formen aus Ihren CAD-Dateien her, f\u00fchren Reverse Engineering von Kunststoffteilen durch oder entwerfen Kunststoffspritzgussteile nach Ihrer Beschreibung\/Ihrem Arbeitsumfang. Wir verwenden die neueste 3D-Modellierungssoftware und k\u00f6nnen Designs f\u00fcr alle Ihre Kunststoffspritzgussteile importieren. Durch die M\u00f6glichkeit des Reverse Engineering bestehender Gussteile k\u00f6nnen wir neue und verbesserte kundenspezifische Werkzeuge f\u00fcr unsere Kunden herstellen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Kunststoffspritzguss in China sind Stahlformen schneller und stellen eine wirtschaftliche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Kunden dar, die neue Teile- und Produktdesigns vor der Herstellung von Produktionswerkzeugen testen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>In unserem Werk in China haben wir uns auf den Kunststoffspritzguss spezialisiert und stellen eine Vielzahl von Produkten her, von Hightech-Teilen mit sehr engen Toleranzen bis hin zu Kinderspielzeug und Erfindungen von Unternehmern.<\/p>\n<p>Dank unserer Kapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr den Kunststoffspritzguss in hohen St\u00fcckzahlen und der Pr\u00e4zisionswerkzeugherstellung in unserem Werk in China k\u00f6nnen wir sehr kurze Durchlaufzeiten f\u00fcr Auftr\u00e4ge mit mittleren bis hohen St\u00fcckzahlen anbieten, bei denen wir Formen f\u00fcr die Gro\u00dfserienproduktion bauen. In China sind wir auf gro\u00dfvolumige Kunststoffspritzgussauftr\u00e4ge spezialisiert. High-End-Second-op-Bearbeitung und Lackierung ist ebenfalls verf\u00fcgbar. Unsere Kunststoffspritzgie\u00dferei in China stellt qualitativ hochwertige Produkte her, die extrem kosteng\u00fcnstig sind.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind spezialisiert auf Kunststoff-Spritzguss, Spritzguss-Kunststoff-Design, kundenspezifische Spritzguss-Kunststoff-Herstellung in China in unseren Produktionsst\u00e4tten.
