Konfigurationer af k\u00f8lekanaler<\/h3>\n<h2>Parallelle k\u00f8lekanaler<\/h2>\n<p>Parallelle k\u00f8lekanaler bores lige igennem fra en forsyningsmanifold til en opsamlingsmanifold. P\u00e5 grund af flowegenskaberne i det parallelle design kan flowhastigheden langs de forskellige k\u00f8lekanaler v\u00e6re forskellig, afh\u00e6ngigt af flowmodstanden i hver enkelt k\u00f8lekanal. Disse varierende str\u00f8mningshastigheder f\u00e5r til geng\u00e6ld k\u00f8lekanalernes varmeoverf\u00f8rselseffektivitet til at variere fra den ene til den anden. Resultatet er, at afk\u00f8lingen af formen m\u00e5ske ikke er ensartet med en konfiguration med parallelle k\u00f8lekanaler.<\/p>\n<p>Typisk har formens hulrums- og kerneside hver deres system af parallelle k\u00f8lekanaler. Antallet af k\u00f8lekanaler pr. system varierer med formens st\u00f8rrelse og kompleksitet.<\/p>\n<h2>Serielle k\u00f8lekanaler<\/h2>\n<p>K\u00f8lekanaler, der er forbundet i et enkelt loop fra k\u00f8lev\u00e6skens indl\u00f8b til dens udl\u00f8b, kaldes serielle k\u00f8lekanaler. Denne type k\u00f8lekanalkonfiguration er den mest almindeligt anbefalede og anvendte. Hvis k\u00f8lekanalerne er ensartede i st\u00f8rrelse, kan k\u00f8lev\u00e6sken opretholde sin (fortrinsvis) turbulente str\u00f8mningshastighed i hele sin l\u00e6ngde. Turbulent flow g\u00f8r det muligt at overf\u00f8re varme mere effektivt. Varmeoverf\u00f8rsel af k\u00f8lemiddelflow diskuterer dette mere grundigt. Du skal dog s\u00f8rge for at minimere temperaturstigningen i k\u00f8lemidlet, da k\u00f8lemidlet vil opsamle al varmen langs hele k\u00f8lekanalens vej. Generelt b\u00f8r temperaturforskellen p\u00e5 k\u00f8lev\u00e6sken ved indl\u00f8b og udl\u00f8b v\u00e6re inden for 5\u00baC for almindelige forme og 3\u00baC for pr\u00e6cisionsforme.
