K\u00f8lekanaler bores typisk gennem formens hulrum og kerne. Formen kan dog best\u00e5 af omr\u00e5der, der er for langt v\u00e6k til at rumme almindelige k\u00f8lekanaler. K\u00f8lev\u00e6sken str\u00f8mmer ind i den ene side af bladet fra hovedk\u00f8leledningen, drejer rundt om spidsen til den anden side af baflen og str\u00f8mmer derefter tilbage til hovedk\u00f8leledningen.<\/p>\n<p>Denne metode giver maksimale tv\u00e6rsnit for k\u00f8lev\u00e6sken, men det er sv\u00e6rt at montere skillev\u00e6ggen n\u00f8jagtigt i midten. K\u00f8leeffekten og dermed temperaturfordelingen p\u00e5 den ene side af kernen kan afvige fra den p\u00e5 den anden side. Denne ulempe ved en ellers \u00f8konomisk l\u00f8sning, hvad ang\u00e5r fremstilling, kan elimineres, hvis metalpladen, der danner baflen, er snoet. Helix-baflen, som er vist i figur 2 nedenfor, f\u00f8rer f.eks. k\u00f8lev\u00e6sken til spidsen og tilbage i form af en helix. Den kan bruges til diametre p\u00e5 12 til 50 mm og giver en meget homogen temperaturfordeling. K\u00f8lev\u00e6sken str\u00f8mmer ind i bunden af r\u00f8ret og \"bobler\" ud af toppen, ligesom en font\u00e6ne. K\u00f8lev\u00e6sken str\u00f8mmer derefter ned omkring ydersiden af r\u00f8ret for at forts\u00e6tte sit flow gennem k\u00f8lekanalerne.<\/p>\n<p>Den mest effektive k\u00f8ling af slanke kerner opn\u00e5s med bobler. Diameteren p\u00e5 begge skal justeres p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan m\u00e5de, at str\u00f8mningsmodstanden i begge tv\u00e6rsnit er ens. Betingelsen for dette er:<\/p>\n<p>Indre diameter \/ ydre diameter = 0,707<\/p>\n<p>Boblere f\u00e5s i handelen og skrues normalt fast i kernen, som vist i figur 3 nedenfor. Op til en diameter p\u00e5 4 mm skal slangen v\u00e6re skr\u00e5 i enden for at forst\u00f8rre udl\u00f8bets tv\u00e6rsnit; denne teknik er illustreret i figur 3. Derfor skal man v\u00e6re omhyggelig med at designe st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 disse enheder. Flow- og varmeoverf\u00f8rselsadf\u00e6rden for b\u00e5de baffler og bobler kan let modelleres og analyseres med C-MOLD Cooling-analyse.<\/p>\n<h1>Termiske stifter<\/h1>\n<p>En termisk pin er et alternativ til bafler og bobler. Det er en forseglet cylinder fyldt med en v\u00e6ske. V\u00e6sken fordamper, n\u00e5r den tr\u00e6kker varme fra v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5let, og kondenserer, n\u00e5r den afgiver varmen til k\u00f8lemidlet, som vist i figur 4. Varmeoverf\u00f8rselseffektiviteten for en termisk stift er n\u00e6sten ti gange s\u00e5 stor som for et kobberr\u00f8r.
