Br\u00e1na je mal\u00fd otvor (nebo otvor), kter\u00fdm polymern\u00ed tavenina vstupuje do dutiny. N\u00e1vrh br\u00e1ny pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aplikaci zahrnuje v\u00fdb\u011br typu, rozm\u011br\u016f a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed br\u00e1ny.
