Forma se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee skl\u00e1dat z oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 na to, aby se do nich ve\u0161ly b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 chladic\u00ed kan\u00e1ly. Chladic\u00ed kapalina proud\u00ed do spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti trubice a \"bubl\u00e1\" z jej\u00ed horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, podobn\u011b jako u font\u00e1ny. Chladic\u00ed kapalina pak st\u00e9k\u00e1 dol\u016f kolem vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed strany trubice a pokra\u010duje v proud\u011bn\u00ed chladic\u00edmi kan\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho chlazen\u00ed \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fdch jader se dosahuje pomoc\u00ed bublinek. Pr\u016fm\u011br obou mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nastaven tak, aby byl odpor proud\u011bn\u00ed v obou pr\u016f\u0159ezech stejn\u00fd. Podm\u00ednkou pro to je:<\/p>\n<p>Vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br \/ vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br = 0,707<\/p>\n<p>Bublinky jsou komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00e9 a obvykle se \u0161roubuj\u00ed do j\u00e1dra, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 3 n\u00ed\u017ee. Proto je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost n\u00e1vrhu velikosti t\u011bchto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pr\u016ftok a p\u0159enos tepla u p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eek i bublin lze snadno modelovat a analyzovat pomoc\u00ed anal\u00fdzy C-MOLD Cooling.<\/p>\n<h1>Tepeln\u00e9 kol\u00edky<\/h1>\n<p>Alternativou k p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m a bublin\u00e1m je tepeln\u00fd kol\u00edk. Jedn\u00e1 se o uzav\u0159en\u00fd v\u00e1lec napln\u011bn\u00fd kapalinou. Kapalina se odpa\u0159uje, kdy\u017e odeb\u00edr\u00e1 teplo z n\u00e1strojov\u00e9 oceli, a kondenzuje, kdy\u017e uvol\u0148uje teplo do chladic\u00ed kapaliny, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 4. \u00da\u010dinnost p\u0159enosu tepla tepeln\u00e9ho kol\u00edku je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 desetkr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 trubky. Vzduch je p\u0159i otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed formy vh\u00e1n\u011bn na j\u00e1dra zven\u010d\u00ed nebo proud\u00ed centr\u00e1ln\u00edm otvorem zevnit\u0159, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 5. Tato technika je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna na obr\u00e1zku 6 n\u00ed\u017ee. Toho lze dos\u00e1hnout pomoc\u00ed desti\u010dek, u nich\u017e chladic\u00ed kapalina dosahuje ke \u0161pi\u010dce j\u00e1dra st\u0159edov\u00fdm otvorem a je vedena spir\u00e1lou k jeho obvodu a mezi j\u00e1drem a desti\u010dkou \u0161roubovit\u011b k v\u00fdstupu, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 7.
