Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 v\u011bda o p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b plastov\u00fdch prysky\u0159ic na u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011bci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm procesu vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed plast\u016f m\u011bla obrovsk\u00fd dopad na pr\u016fmysl a na v\u011bt\u0161inu na\u0161ich \u017eivot\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch\u00a0<strong>proces vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0byla poprv\u00e9 navr\u017eena ve 30. letech 20. stolet\u00ed a p\u016fvodn\u011b vych\u00e1zela z konstrukce kovov\u00fdch odlitk\u016f. Vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 oproti alternativn\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm metod\u00e1m mnoho v\u00fdhod, v\u010detn\u011b minim\u00e1ln\u00edch ztr\u00e1t z odpadu (proto\u017ee odpadn\u00ed kusy lze roztavit a recyklovat) a minim\u00e1ln\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f na dokon\u010dovac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed se od lit\u00ed kov\u016f li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee roztaven\u00e9 kovy lze jednodu\u0161e nal\u00edt, plastov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice se mus\u00ed vst\u0159ikovat silou.<\/p>\n<p>Tento proces vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 velk\u00e9\u00a0<strong>vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed stroje<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 postupuje prysky\u0159ice \u0161esti hlavn\u00edmi procesy a vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v\u0161e od po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek a\u017e po plastov\u00e9 halloweensk\u00e9 pavouky. A\u010dkoli je vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed stroj slo\u017eit\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se ze dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch prvk\u016f, vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed jednotky a uzav\u00edrac\u00ed jednotky.<\/p>\n<p>Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ve form\u011b, kter\u00e1 je pod tlakem upnuta pro vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed. Cel\u00fd proces prob\u00edh\u00e1 cyklicky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e doba cyklu se pohybuje od deseti do 100 sekund v z\u00e1vislosti na po\u017eadovan\u00e9 dob\u011b chlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Proces vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u017eaduje slo\u017eit\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty. Ka\u017ed\u00fd typ prysky\u0159ice m\u00e1 ur\u010ditou hodnotu smr\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kterou je t\u0159eba zohlednit, a forma ji mus\u00ed kompenzovat. Pokud tato hodnota nen\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b stanovena, v\u00fdsledn\u00fd v\u00fdrobek bude m\u00edt nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 rozm\u011bry nebo m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat vady.
